2. We Beat Any Quote
Where advertised, our We Beat Any Quote offer is subject to verification and availability.
- The competing quote must be genuine, current and from a legitimate cleaning provider.
- It must cover substantially the same service, scope, inclusions and property requirements.
- We may request reasonable evidence of the competing quote.
- Quotes that are not genuinely comparable or that contain materially different inclusions may not qualify.
- The offer is subject to the requested work being commercially and operationally viable for us to provide.
- We may decline the offer where the competing quote cannot reasonably be verified or compared.
3. Availability and booking
Quotes and bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when the applicable arrangements have been accepted by both parties.
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers should disclose relevant access restrictions, damage, hazards, fragile items, previous treatments and other conditions that could affect the work.
5. Cleaning results
Results depend on the age, material, condition, staining, wear, previous treatments and other characteristics of the item or surface. We cannot guarantee removal of every stain, odour, mark or defect.
6. Pricing and additional work
The applicable price and scope will be confirmed in the relevant quote or booking. Changes to the agreed scope may affect the price and should be discussed before additional work is undertaken where reasonably practicable.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requirements may depend on the booking and will be communicated when a booking is made. Any cancellation charges will be subject to applicable law.
8. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
9. Privacy and marketing
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy . Marketing consent is separate from requesting a quote.
